Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has set aside the federal high court Akure judgement which nullified the nomination of Adegboyega Isiak Oyetola as the candidate for the All Progressive Congress in July 16th Osun Governorship election.

In its ruling today in Abuja, Appeal court affirmed that Osun ex Governor was properly nominated by the APC to contest as the candidate in the election.
