The federal high court Osogbo has just dismissed the stay of execution filed by the APC to stay the judgment nullifying the local government election.

The Court gave effect to the Executive Order of Ademola Adeleke that all Senior Staff of the Local Government should take over the administration of the Council.

All Progressive Congress (APC) has decided to be heading to the federal appeal court in Akure for the appeal proper
